EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Tricia Designs. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product's purchase price.
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
When returning items, you will be responsible for the postage costs to Tricia Designs. We recommend returning your item with a tracked service to ensure it's safe arrival. Tricia Designs takes no responsibility for lost items that are not tracked for their return.
Refunds and Exchanges will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the return back at our warehouse. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We send exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded). If you require a new item quickly, we recommend placing a brand new order and returning the original item for a refund. Please note we can only exchange items for the same style in a different colour. If you would like to exchange with a different style, please return the original order for a refund and place a brand new order.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of your order prior to returning your item. You have 30 days to return any faulty or incorrect items.
If you now have an alternative shipping address for your exchange please provide these new details clearly.
Customers in Denmark, France, Germany and Ireland are recommended to use ReBound to return orders for exchange or refund www.reboundreturns.com. This is a reliable and low cost service.
